Platform

The CLOUT platform leverages blockchain technology to provide multilingual platforms where content creators and curators receive incentives to deliver and share high-quality content worldwide. Through the CLOUT platform, users will be able to create accounts, edit their profiles, search and discover content, interact with CLOUT’s integrated wallets, and start publishing and sharing publications.
The CLOUT platform will have a familiar and intuitive user interface with common features of social networking platforms. CLOUT will apply Artificial Intelligence to automatically compose a user view ensuring that each user always receives the most relevant content, according to previous activity.

Users can register or sign in with their account or through their Facebook, Twitter or Google account. Once an account is created, users can edit their profile, including profile images, descriptions, contacts, and more. The user dashboard will also feature a built-in wallet for the ERC223 CLOUT and CLC tokens.


An important part of the CLOUT ecosystem, the CLC token acts as an incentive layer for both content creators and content creators. Roadmap

Tokens

To finance the development and marketing of the CLOUT platform and to ensure that it is the form of a transparent and fair distribution method, CLOUT is organising the symbolic sale.

Sales of CLOUT tokens will be divided into two stages, pre-ICO and the main ICO.

Pre-ICO

2.5 million (2.5%) tokens will be distributed during the Pre-ICO in $1 / Clout Diaman Pre-ICO started on September 27 and will end on November 17 or while 2.5 million tokens Clout sold. During Pre-ICO, there is a minimum participation requirement of 1 BTC / 10 ETH.

ICO

5 million tokens (5%) will be distributed in phase ICO 1 for $2.50 / CLOUT and 3 million tokens (3%) will be distributed during Phase 2 of the ICO for $5 / Clout 2 million tokens (2%) will be distributed during Phase 3 ICO for $10 / CLOUTICAL will begin on November 17, after Pre-ICO.
